What is SESH?

Modern pilates meets strength training.

We’re redefining the fitness experience by blending controlled, slow movement on the Xformer with intentional strength work using dumbbells and resistance. Every class is designed to maximize time under tension.

Our method focuses on low impact, high intensity training that challenges your muscles without relying on fast or chaotic movement. The result: deeper muscle engagement, smarter strength gains, and workouts that feel just as effective as they are empowering.

SESH STRETCH

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

30 minute class incorporating The Altha Way stretching principles with breath work, nervous system regulation, yoga, and mobility flows to recover deeply.

SESH

45 minute strength building class half on the Xformer machine and half on a mat with dumbbells to provide a dynamic, well-rounded workout challenging your muscles in every way.

SESH X

45 minute class on the Xformer machine focused on controlled tempo movements increasing time under tension to build strength and stability.

SESH BURN OUT

30 minute burnout class focused on getting your heart rate up with fast explosive movements to the beat of heart-pumping music.
