SESH Studio was founded by a passionate fitness student and her favorite local instructor in San Diego! They saw a gap in between strength training and pilates and wanted to create their own unique, all-in-one dynamic workout that blends the best of both worlds.

30 minute stretch class focused on releasing tension on your body on the Xformer as well as yoga-inspired stretch movements on the mat.

45 minute strength building class half on the Xformer machine and half on a mat with dumbbells to provide a dynamic, well-rounded workout challenging your muscles in every way.

45 minute class on the Xformer machine focused on controlled tempo movements increasing time under tension to build strength and stability.
SESH CARDIO
30 minute burnout class focused on getting your heart rate up with fast explosive movements to the beat of heart-pumping music.
